Background.

Previously, Blake Ragghianti founded Kingfly Spirits in 2015 (formerly known as Port of Pittsburgh Distillery). Over the next five years, he quickly gained international recognition as a distiller and blender - his various products having received Double Gold, Gold, and Silver from the New York International Spirits Competition, the SIPS Awards, and the San Francisco International Spirits Competition for a unique Single Malt Irish Whiskey he designed for Lord Oxmantown of Birr Castle, Ireland.

Ragghianti has continued to pursue other interests in the craft distilling industry as a global consultant and instructor in the art of craft distilling, blending and product formulation, having recently been called “a star to hitch a wagon to” by the Honorable Cathy Bissoon. He has a passion for sharing information and ideas and mentoring and collaborating with distillers, blenders, and start-ups.
